In the Terms and Conditions, it states that ‘Silversmithing’ is not eligible. Is jewellery made from silver still eligible?
Yes. 'Silversmithing' refers to vessel ware and object (such as bowls, plates etc.). Jewellery made of silver is certainly acceptable within the terms and conditions of the Award.
I’m having trouble uploading images, can I email them to you or send via WeTransfer/Dropbox?
Due to the large volume of applications received, all entries must be processed via Jotform to ensure each and every entry is accounted for. Double check that your images are resized below 1MB each and are in jpeg format. Contact us if initial troubleshooting isn’t working.
How do I make payment?
Payment is the last step in your application. Once you’ve completed the form, Jotform will send you to the PayPal portal for payment.
I’ve submitted my application and made payment, how do I know that it’s reached you?
Once an application is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Check your spam and junk folders just in case.
How many images should I submit if entering a series?
We require 3 images per piece, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. For example, if you are submitting a series of 3 pieces, you will be required to upload 9 images in total.
What does ‘artist price’ mean?
The artist price is the cost of the piece before the gallery commission is added, i.e the amount you would expect to be paid if the piece was selected for the award and sold during the exhibition.
Can a collaboration of two or more people enter the award?
